Hot Mix Asphalt Factories
Rubau Tarrés SAU has two plants for the manufacture of hot mix asphalt in the Girona region for the production of road surfacing materials.
Both are made by Intrame, one is located in the municipality of Viladamat and has a production capacity of 280 tonnes per hour. The other is located at Riudarenes and has a production capacity of 160 tonnes per hour.
Both plants have production control certificates (EC registered).
Dry goods, stone and prefabricated materials
One of the advantages of the company is that we use our own resources for basic construction materials: aggregates, stone and concrete from our own plants and quarries.
Our business group has three cement factories in the municipal areas of Vilamalla, Regencós and Girona.
Regencós also has a dry mortar production factory and a production plant for prefabricated cement products (kerbs, slabs, etc.). Our quarry in Regencós is used to extract a large part of the limestone aggregates we use in our projects for the manufacture of asphalt mix cement.
A new quarry for granite aggregates will soon be opening in the municipal area of Susqueda.
